Cask Type：Extra Matured in First-Fill Sherry Casks

Alcohol：40%

 

Nose: Smooth and oily with notes of cherrycompote, buttered oast, malt, custard and peach.

Palate: Sherried and thick with notes ofsultanas, toffee, pudding, jam, custard and crème caramel.

Finish: Medium, with notes of cocoa, oakand just a soupcon of smoke on the very tail.
