NOSE：Very nice spicy aroma, with peat, wood ash, hints of soap and fabricnotes. Lobster pots, fresh scallops and oyster shells.
PALATE：Smooth and lightly oily palate, with sweet, dried fruit, spicy,salty, powerfully smoky hints of peat. Smoother and sweeter with a drop ofwater.
FINISH：Very long, drying and lightly smoky on the finish. Salt, more peat,pepper spice.
