NOSE：Dark brownsugar, baked orchard fruits and bright spice. Hazelnut praline, candied orange peel and maple syrup are complimentedby toasted oak and soft worn leather.

PALATE：Caramelisedpears, dark chocolate and sweet baking spices - cinnamon, clove andcardamom.  Pecan pie, crystallised gingerand orange marmalade. Soft, rich and mouth-coating.

FINISH：Rich, sweet andsilky with lingering bright spice.
