NOSE：Malty with hintsof cracked black peppercorns and pimento. Stewed fruit: apple and pear, candyfloss, butterscotch and caramel.

PALATE：Rich and maltcore palate. Baked apple and pear, sweet honey, baking spices and almond notes.

FINISH：Oaky, spicedfinish. Cracking barley malt and zesty orange peel on the tail.
