The Cairn Distillery is a bottling labeloperated by Gordon & MacPhail, focused on releases available exclusivelythrough its modern distillery site near Grantown-on-Spey. While thedistillery’s own single malt is still maturing, bottlings under CRN57°—a seriesof blended malts aged for several decades—are offered at the visitor centre.These limited-edition expressions are curated by Gordon & MacPhail andserve as a preview of the distillery’s future whisky identity.

NOSE：Fruity aromaswith sweet cream, ripe blueberries, green apples, lemon cupcakes, floral notes,citrus, baking spices, and hints of orange peel.

PALATE：The palate issmooth, notes of citrus, malt, juicy fruits, raspberries, sweet vanilla,spices, black pepper, creamy chocolate, figs and nuts.

FINISH：Medium-longfinish, with sweet vanilla and fruity notes.
